In order to schedule or pay for a small group Power Plate class at Feel Good Fitness please log into our Mind Body site and register at the top right “sign in”.

BOOK SMALL GROUP CLASSES HERE 

Power Plate Demo Class: Required for all beginners, includes stretch and massage.
Rehab & Restore: Excellent for anybody with a chronic injury or trying to get back to basics. Great for anyone struggling with balance or in the “Golden Years”.
Power Plate Basic: Entry level class with individualized intensity levels, suitable for all level of physical fitness.
Advanced Strength: Advanced class – Excellent for mid to top level athletes and weekend warriors.

HOW TO CANCEL OR RE-SCHEDULE A CLASS
If you need to cancel or re-schedule a class please log into your Mind Body Feel Good Fitness account and select the scheduled class, then click “early cancel”.
If you need to do a late cancel please call or email your trainer directly:

Feel Good Fitness Cancelation Policy
Everybody has a crazy schedule, we know it! Part of our job is to help you stay in shape and lose all excuses when taking care of your body. We require 24hrs notice in order to re-schedule a class. Late cancel classes are considered paid.
